Electronic acceptance of proforma invoices
You send a proforma, your client signs it from their phone, you see it signed. No printer, no scanner, no chasing phone calls.

Proforma solves one very specific problem: the proforma invoice that went out and never came back. Your client gets a link, sees the document, and accepts it whichever way suits them — digital signature with a stamp, uploading a scan, or a plain one-click acceptance. The signed PDF is merged automatically and stays in your archive.
It has been running in production since day one, fully bilingual in Greek and English.
