Kentro
Running a centre with external associates
Appointments, sessions, collections and associate fees. At month end the settlement calculates itself and prints.
Kentro was built for centres that work with external associates, where the real pain isn't the calendar but the month: who ran how many sessions, what was collected, and what is owed to whom.
Every session — individual or group — is recorded with its amount and the associate's fee. The monthly settlement is calculated automatically, locks, and produces a printable statement per associate. There is a client file with history, notes and documents, recurring appointments, room conflict checking, and seven reports with CSV export.
The data stays on your own server — which, for a centre handling sensitive records, isn't a detail, it's the reason.
